Services
Turismo Agency provides website design, AI and business automation, and social media content services. The specific scope of services is defined in the agreement between Turismo Agency and the client.
Pricing and payment
Setup and monthly fees are as agreed in writing. Usage-based costs — including messaging, phone, email, AI and advertising — may be charged separately and will be clearly explained before work begins.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volumes, appointment numbers or revenue. We focus on improving visibility, systems and follow-up. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Client responsibilities
- Providing accurate information and timely access where required
- Responding to communications in a reasonable timeframe
- Ensuring any content provided does not infringe third-party rights
Hosting and ownership
Clients own their customer data. Your proposal explains what is included, how your service is hosted and managed, and the arrangements if you choose to end the service. Specific terms regarding hosting, transfer and cancellation are set out in your individual agreement.
Liability
Turismo Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
