How many videos do I get each month?
It depends on the package — 6, 20 or 30 original edited short-form videos per month. One video can be shared across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook as agreed.
Do you do the filming?
Yes. Filming is arranged as part of your monthly plan, with production details agreed in your proposal. Additional shoots and event coverage are scoped separately.
Is community management included?
It depends on the package. Content Essentials doesn't include community engagement. Consistent Presence and Full Monthly Management both include community engagement as part of the monthly plan.
Do you guarantee growth or sales?
No. We don't promise audience growth, follower counts, footfall or sales. We focus on consistent, on-brand content that keeps your business visible.
Is paid advertising included?
No. Paid advertising is not included unless separately agreed. Our social media service is organic content and account support.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited. We're proud to say 98% of the time they're not needed — but if you want a change, we'll make it.
How is pricing decided?
Pricing is tailored to the agreed scope — production complexity, filming duration, locations, travel and presenter requirements are all agreed in the proposal. Choose a starting point and we'll tailor a quote to your business.
